Initial screen
Shortlisted candidates are invited to a 20-minute call with the hiring team. This is a two-way conversation — bring your questions too.

Assessment
Depending on the role, you may complete a take-home task or a live technical session. We keep assessments focused and respect your time — nothing longer than two hours.

Final interview and offer
A final conversation with the team lead and, if it is a match, a written offer. We move quickly at this stage — usually within a week of the final interview.
